Ramen Sho Ryu is proudly partnered with Iseya Craft Noodle, a micro craft noodle factory located in SF Bay Area. The noodles are extremely fresh, never frozen, made from the high quality flours, without using any preservatives. All our noodles are carefully made with the utmost consideration of how the noodles will pair with the broth. The natural pork-bone soup is skimmed to perfection so that it can bring out a richer, deeper flavor of our ramen.
